I originally started Fast 5 back in 2009-10 and I was mainly doing it because I was extremely unhappy with the way I looked and felt and really wanted to see a change in myself as I was tired of always being overweight ever since I was young.
As I was growing up I started really putting on the weight around the age of 8 or so and by the time I was 10 I was heavier than ALL of my classmates. I grew up with this terrible burden on my shoulders and it’s really haunted me ever since. In 2009 I found out about your program thru a fellow Fast Fiver named Paula, she helped me adjust to everything and gave me advice when I needed it the most, I believe she is actually still doing Fast 5 to this day although I am not 100% sure. As I said I started this back in 2009 I believe with the goal in mind to shed some weight, but I had NO IDEA that I’d end up losing so much and all of this WITHOUT being on a “diet” or starving myself. I started out around 360 LBS or so and when I was at my lowest I was at 185 LBS. That is almost HALF of what I was. I am not sure what happened after that but I ended up gaining nearly all of that weight back and have recently started Fast 5 again not alternating days as I had done before but doing it daily and I am down to 307 lbs as of yesterday so I am on my way again to losing that weight hopefully.
