it has been almost three weeks since I started Step 4 on Fast-5. I feel great, however, I found myself bit edgy some days (Well, I am a full time student who works, much to juggle.) One of the hardest thing about the Step 4 for me is sharing my 19 hrs of fasting experience with friends and family. Most of them show concern and say they are worried about me ;( I assure them that I will be careful and quit doing it- if necessary. Few of my friends supported me and said, “you’re a grown person (I’m almost 30), I am sure- you know what you’re doing!) I appreciate their support and belief in me. Anyways, so far it has been wonderful! I have been able to give away some food (breakfast and lunch) to those in need on the street (when I buy coffee in the morning, the coffee shop often gives me complimentary pastry or offers discounted snacks or breakfast sandwich. They’re nice!) I share this because it feels to walk away from food and give the food to someone who needs it more than me. I will continue to fast until I reach my ideal weight. As calculated, the glorious date is 04/18/2016!!! I intend to come back to this site on the very day! Best of luck to everyone who is on Fast-5! Cheers!!!
